Both inclining and speeding was gradual but quick. The safety key worked well. Most importantly, This Sole F85 Treadmill runs smooth. And also, This treadmill is able to handle weights of up to 400 pounds. It will help you to lose weight and get healthy even if you are very obese.

The final aspect to consider is the noise of the machine. I can tell Sole F85 Treadmill is quieter than Lifefitness’ when under 5mph, but when I run around 6mph, I think the noise level is about same.
