Pros:
• Smooth 5.65 Treadmill worked very well and the design is nice.
• The Smooth 5.65 Treadmill is very quiet while walking so it does not interfere with conversation or listening to the radio, TV or walkman.
• The model allows me to vary the speed automatically based on my heart rate via the free chest strap.
• It is built very solidly and is very stable.
• It is good enough to run on unless you sprint.
• The Smooth 5.65 Treadmill is easy to set up.
• With the warranty, this unit is a great value at this price point.
• It is easy to monitor both distance progress along with the number of calories burned each session.

Cons:
• The customer service for this company is not good.
• The only minor problem of Smooth 5.65 Treadmill we have is that the treadmill makes a little squeaking sound, especially when we run. It is not easy to find out the source of the sound. However, the noise is not very loud and sometimes disappears when we adjust the incline. I believe once I can figure out the source of the sound, it may disappear with an application of a little lube.

Conclusion:
This is a great treadmill for all levels of runners, you get a lot for your $$ (love the fan feature), and it was such a painless order process, easy assembly and you can very easily go on Smooth Fitness’ website and check the delivery status. It is quite large.Smooth 5.65 Treadmill is very quiet running – the fan could be a bit stronger but I just turn on the ceiling fan. I like the fact that it folds up when not in use.

I would highly recommend this Smooth 5.65 Treadmill to anyone looking for a casual running/workout experience or for people who use it to train for 10ks from time to time. Great stuff!!
